RECRUITING JOURNEY
1. YOUR APPLICATION
Are you interested in a open position with us? Then simply send us your complete application documents (CV, letter of motivation, work samples if applicable) directly to hr@yourobc.com and our HR team will contact you as soon as possible.
2. SCREENING & GETTING TO KNOW
First, we review your application documents and, in the best case, invite you directly to a first interview with our HR team. This usually takes no longer than 1 week after receipt of your documents. Here we would like to get to know you personally in a video call and give you answers to all your questions about YourOBC and your possible future tasks.
3. INTERVIEW WITH MANAGEMENT
Congratulations on making it to the second round of our recruitment process! After being impressed by your video call, we would like to invite you to an interview with our management team to get a further impression of your personality and qualifications.
4. ASSESSMENT CENTER
In the third round of the application process, all candidates will be required to attend an assessment center. This center will evaluate the applicants’ skills and suitability for the role through a case study, an English proficiency test, and a role play exercise. The assessment center is a crucial step in the selection process, and only those who perform well will be considered for the position.
